River Vista Behavioral Health, a newer 128-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital in Madera, CA, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead a patient-centered nursing strategy within a large UHS network.

The CNO will join the senior leadership, focusing on People, Service, Quality, Growth and Finance to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with the mission and regulatory requirements. CA RN licensure and an MSN are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in California.
• MSN from a CCNE-accredited program.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing and management.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.
• Three+ years of progressive nursing management in behavioral health preferred.
