Job summary

NCBHS is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves overseeing nursing services to meet patient care objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in psychiatric nursing and be responsible for staffing, quality control, and the implementation of nursing standards. The position comes with a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $200,000 annually.

Successful candidates will hold a Master’s degree in psychiatric nursing and a current California RN license. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, among others.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience working as a psych nurse, five of which are in a Director-level or higher role.
• Current CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer software.
