Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth, IN, seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our long-term care facility. As DON, you will oversee nursing operations, mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana (required).
• Minimum 2 years leadership in long-term care (DON/ADON preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical operations and ensure highest resident care standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Monitor resident outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Develop and manage staffing plans, training, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as a role model for compassionate, ethical, resident-centered care.
