Alameda Health System in Oakland, CA seeks a Chief Nurse Executive to lead Nursing Services across the Medical Center, including acute, trauma/ER, psychiatric, and long-term care. This executive role reports to the CEO and collaborates with system leadership to advance patient care and staff development.

The ideal candidate holds NLN/CCNE accreditation, a CA RN license, and at least seven years of progressive nursing management experience, with a preference for a BSN or higher and a master's

Qualificações

Graduate of NLN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
Seven (7) years of progressively responsible nursing management/administration experience.
Valid California RN license.

Responsabilidades

Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates Nursing Services operations across multiple sites.
Integrates nursing with medical and ancillary services to improve outcomes.
Develops and implements nursing policy and patient care standards.
Oversees staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Ensures regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
