VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time Chief Nurse (Perioperative Service) to lead perioperative nursing practice and collaborate with program offices, VISNs, facility leadership, and professional organizations to advance veterans’ care.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an RN with 3+ years in OR/perioperative settings, a Master's in Nursing or related field, and proven leadership in personnel management; English proficiency and an active RN license are required.

- Active RN license in the United States and English proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience with at least 3 years in OR/perioperative care.
- Previous experience as a Chief Nurse or equivalent leadership role.
- Experience with personnel management, performance planning, and evaluations.
