Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion.
• OR individuals in a master's level bridge program in nursing may become registered prior to completion of the bridge.
• Upon State licensure, may be appointed temporarily and later converted to permanent.
• Foreign graduates require credential evaluation by a recognized entity such as ICD.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in the U.S. or DC.
