Chief Nurse Anesthetist – CRNA - NYP/Hudson Valley

At NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) deliver exceptional care that is unmatched elsewhere. Our team of CRNAs provides patient-centered anesthesia for various surgical procedures, cardiac cath labs, and OB. Nurse Anesthetists administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for scheduled and emergency surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures.

You will coordinate all aspects of clinical care to ensure high-quality, patient-centered services, manage staffing needs, foster staff development, and organize activities, recognition, and training sessions to boost engagement among our growing team of experienced CRNAs.

This role offers flexible scheduling, shared clinical decision-making, inspirational leadership, supportive colleagues, and more.

This is a full-time, day shift position based at NewYork-Presbyterian/Hudson Valley.

Required Criteria

  1. At least 5 years of CRNA experience with demonstrated leadership and administrative management skills
  2. Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  3. Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  4. BCLS certification
  5. Knowledge of scheduling software and personnel management
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
