Qualifications

• Proven track record architecting and shipping production mobile apps as a senior engineer, lead, or technical founder.
• Deep, architect-level iOS expertise with end-to-end ownership of a mature codebase.
• Demonstrated ability to build an Android app from scratch to a high standard.
• Hands-on fluency building through AI — agentic coding tools, LLM-driven workflows, automated testing and release.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working fully in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect the existing iOS app—maintain, optimize, deepen, and future-proof a codebase used by millions.
• Build the Arise Android app from scratch—architecture, delivery, and long-term ownership.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency and a coherent technical vision across both platforms.
• Develop and test features that enhance the Arise experience.
• Use AI agents and automated workflows as the primary means of building, testing, and shipping.
• Anticipate technical pitfalls and proactively design solutions.
• Collaborate with design to refine usability for a smooth user experience.
