The role focuses on complex gynecologic and robotic surgery, with teaching and future leadership opportunities as the division expands.

Qualifications

• ABMS Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship-trained MIGS physician preferred.
• 2+ years MIGS experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MIGS program within the division of urogynecology and shape program growth.
• Collaborate with Uro/Gyn Chief to advance MIGS vision and strategic growth.
• Teach and mentor UMass Chan Medical School – Baystate fellows, residents and students.
• No obstetric call; focus on gynecologic surgical care.
• Share a call schedule approximately 1:4 with home call.
