Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in Medical Physics with board certification preferred.
• Experience leading radiotherapy physics and dosimetry teams.
• In-depth knowledge of QA, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day medical physics and dosimetry operations.
• Mentor Radiation Safety staff and therapists on QA procedures.
• Develop and enforce policies, QA/QI activities, and safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with DNV, FDA, DRH, DPH and CoC/NAPBC standards.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff and leadership to optimize care.
