Job summary

Riverside Community Care seeks a Chief Medical Officer, a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with experience in adult, child/adolescent, and addiction psychiatry. You will serve on Riverside’s Leadership Team, guiding medical staff, planning services, and shaping policy while acting as a liaison to external partners.

The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule (three days in person at the main office or program locations).

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Psychiatrist with experience in adult, child/adolescent, and addiction psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Riverside's medical staff and services.
• Participate in medical and psychiatric services planning and policy creation.
• Represent Riverside in internal and external forums.
• Ensure strategic and operational oversight as the organization’s lead physician.
• Liaise with other health care providers on Riverside’s behalf.
