Job summary

Bartz-Altadonna Community Health Center is looking for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical care and improve healthcare access in the Antelope Valley and East Kern County. This full-time position combines direct patient care and executive leadership within a mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, has extensive clinical and leadership experience, and is committed to serving underserved populations. Competitive salary with a full benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• At least 3 years in medical leadership.
• Commitment to health equity and care for underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct primary care services 60% of the time.
• Oversee and supervise licensed medical providers.
• Develop and monitor Quality Improvement strategies.
