Qualifications

• MD/DO board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology with unrestricted medical license.
• 10+ years physician leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior roles.
• Proven track record in digital health, health tech, or virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute XRHealth's clinical strategy across rehab, chronic pain, and behavioral health.
• Build and lead the clinical organization, including licensed providers and operations.
• Sign off on new product releases, protocols, and therapeutic programs from a clinical perspective.
• Shape evidence generation via clinical studies, real-world data, and partnerships.
• Oversee quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical governance.
• Represent XRHealth externally to payers, health systems, and regulators.
• Lead clinical due diligence and integration for partnerships or acquisitions.
