UHC Solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio seeks an experienced physician executive to serve as Chief Medical Officer. You will be the senior clinical leader responsible for medical staff, quality, and strategy, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with executives across the organization.

The role emphasizes community health impact, physician leadership, credentialing, and clinical governance within an established FQHC.

Formación

• MD or DO degree required.
• Current Ohio medical license or ability to obtain.
• Board certification required.
• 3–5 years of clinical practice experience, preferably in a community health center or FQHC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior physician leadership and direction to physicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the CEO to set organizational strategy, priorities, and clinical goals.
• Lead quality improvement, credentialing, and clinical governance activities.
• Represent the organization with external health partners, government agencies, and stakeholders.
