• Collaborates with hospital leadership, medical staff, and boards to improve function and effectiveness of the medical staff.
• Serves as liaison between physicians and leadership to align goals and manage clinical education programs.
• Educates physicians on clinical technologies and collaborates on formulary and supply opportunities.
• Develops and monitors policies for disruptive or impaired physicians and credentialing processes.
