Qualifikationen

• Requires MD or DO with residency in an appropriate specialty.
• Advanced course work in management and leadership.
• Maintains a valid, unrestricted California medical license.

• Provides leadership for clinical and service quality efforts across SMGR and SPMF North Division.
• Oversees medical risk management processes and policies.
• Oversees medical practice compliance for physicians and APPs.
• Develops and implements clinician compensation models and reports.
• Manages day-to-day financial operations including budgeting and revenue cycle interfaces.
• Engages with physicians and providers to address operational issues.
