About the Role

Seeking a mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical quality, training, and strategy in a virtual care environment. This part-time role supports safe, patient-centered reproductive healthcare and partners closely with operations to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Clinical Quality & Compliance

  • Establish goals, standards, and monitoring protocols to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Oversee clinical audits, chart reviews, and incident reporting mechanisms.
  • Design and implement high-quality clinical protocols for service expansions.
  • Conduct ongoing analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks and assist with clinical escalations.

Learning & Development

  • Develop and maintain training curricula to reinforce best practices and educate on emerging research relevant to patient care.
  • Implement timely feedback loops for individualised growth plans.

Clinical Culture & Leadership

  • Foster a team culture that emphasizes safety, patient-centeredness, and core organisational values.
  • Cultivate relationships with external clinical stakeholders and professional organisations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to organizational strategy and design of high-priority initiatives, representing the clinical perspective.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations on efficiency, process standardization, staffing strategy, and other key considerations.
  • Lead cross-functional implementation efforts to drive improvements in clinical safety, quality, efficiency, and team experience.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified physician with a demonstrated passion for reproductive healthcare.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing clinical performance programs.
  • Ability to balance clinical and operational constraints, achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Strong aptitude for driving complex, cross-functional projects
