The ideal candidate will be a physician leader with expertise in outpatient primary care, value-based care, and population health management, possessing strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active New York State medical license.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
• Strong understanding of outpatient primary care operations and healthcare regulations.
• Experience with quality improvement, value-based care, and population health management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all clinical programs and medical services.
• Establish and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care across all service lines.
