Qualifications

We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and highly motivated Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our healthcare team. The CMO will be a pivotal part of our executive leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall management of all medical services. • Demonstrated leadership in community health and a strong commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, patients, and external partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of implementing clinical programs that improve patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development.
• Familiarity with performance evaluation processes.
• Ability to navigate complex ethical issues in healthcare.
