Head of Conversion - Own P&L Results, Not Tasks

PerunHR is recruiting for Freedom Smile Market - a proven US based online e-commerce company that is scaling from dropshipping success ($500K+ monthly) to building branded product empires in Health, Beauty, and Pet Wellness. Active Brands: Wellovia (US Health & Wellness), Mynurovita (Premium Supplements), and a pipeline including a Mindfulness app and additional branded products. Mission: Scale from $500K to $3M+ monthly revenue with life-changing products.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Own conversion rates, AOV, and profit metrics across all brands; take full accountability for funnel performance and bottom-line results
• Strategic Leadership: Design winning offers for health/wellness customers based on psychology
• Build subscription conversion funnels for recurring revenue
• Launch new market expansion with conversion optimization
• Team Management: Hire and manage funnel builders, A/B testers, and conversion specialists
• Direct creative teams on conversion-focused content
• Work with COO on execution standards and team coordination
• Daily Operations: Monitor real-time metrics across Wellovia and Mynurovita
• Run systematic A/B tests on product pages and checkout flows
• Optimize Facebook ad traffic for maximum profit conversion

Requirements

• Must-Have Experience: 3+ years owning conversion/revenue P&L with documented results
• Experience scaling e-commerce brands from $500K to $3M+ monthly
• Health/wellness/supplement e-commerce background
• Managed 5+ person execution teams (builders, testers, creators)
• International market expansion experience
• Subscription/recurring revenue optimization experience
