We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing efforts across all channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines creativity, analytical rigor, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, executing them with precision, and ensuring that all marketing materials meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and implement a results-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Lead all branding, acquisition, and retention initiatives across digital and offline channels.
• Create and oversee the production of all marketing materials — including presentations, brochures, social media creatives, landing pages, video scripts, ad copies, and promotional assets.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
• Dive into the details of all outputs to ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and visual quality.
• Leverage modern AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI) to streamline content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram with targeted, engaging, and visually appealing content.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize for better ROI.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing with product development, sales, and customer experience.
• Stay current on global marketing trends, digital innovation, and competitive activity — especially within the Nigerian market.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing or CMO-level role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to create short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Proven experience managing all forms of marketing content and collateral production.
• High attention to detail — capable of reviewing and approving materials before launch.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, especially LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
