Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead and scale brands, products, and go-to-market programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing strategy.
• Own customer acquisition strategy, optimize traffic and costs.
• Develop the U.S. brand strategy, messaging, and GTM approach.
• Drive integrated marketing to grow brand awareness and customer growth.
• Lead a marketing organization of ~15–50 professionals.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Legal.
