Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in energy markets, commercial strategy, market analytics, business development, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, energy studies, or related discipline required.
Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead market intelligence, commercial strategy, and long-range planning to support growth, budgeting, financial forecasting, and executive decision-making.
Develop enterprise commercial strategy frameworks and growth priorities; support strategic decisions and capital allocation.
Coordinate with FP&A, Finance, Business Development, and leadership to develop integrated long-range outlooks.
Prepare market studies, business cases, and customer presentations for expansions, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
Lead market-related content for Board presentations and investor materials and mentor the team.
