Job summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking a skilled Chief Maintenance to lead our hotel property maintenance efforts. You will help ensure facilities are safe, fully operational, and guest-ready, with hands-on problem-solving across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage routine and preventative tasks, keep inventory accurate, and respond promptly to requests while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on problem solving and maintenance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep everything running smoothly
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
• Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, including outside grounds, and complete preventative maintenance tasks
