Ideal candidates have 12–25 years in business development and loans, plus 5–12 years people management, with strong regulatory communication and leadership skills. In-office role in Overland Park, KS.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and implement loan strategies to support the company's goals
• Oversee loan officers and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• 15 years in the above duties with success
• Culture fit: collaborative, communicative, transparent
• Ability to work in-office in accordance with state guidelines
• Savvy with Microsoft, computer applications, software, Internet, recent technology
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required, Graduate School of Banking preferred
• Executive leadership

Duties

• Provide Strategic recommendations with their Team
• Oversight of multiple departments/teams in lending and others
• Regulatory reporting and other weekly, quarterly, year-end reports
• Continued portfolio management and business development: all C-level officers at this bank keep sharp by working with a portfolio
• Leadership and planning for acquisitions and establishment of new branches
• Working collaboratively with employees, staff, community, customers, shareholders for the safe and sound management of activities.
