Responsibilities include driving growth, managing portfolios, leading teams, and ensuring compliance. The role also requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the bank's lending and cash management strategies.
• Drive growth by enhancing client relationships and identifying market opportunities.
• Manage overall loan portfolios focusing on profitability and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team in lending and cash management.
• Partner with senior executives across departments for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to loan policies and manage collection activities.
• Participate in committees including Executive Management and Loan Approval.
• Report on lending and cash management performance to leadership.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets for lending and cash management.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Represent the bank in the community at events.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong financial analytical and underwriting skills

Strong knowledge of lending policies & procedures

Ability to lead changes and inspire teams

Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office Suite

Excellent problem solving, loan origination, and work out skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related fields

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in lending activities

5+ years in a senior management or executive capacity
