Qualifications

• Experience leading Human Resources functions and employment law compliance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risk with objectives.
• Ability to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance to executive leadership and the Board.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including vendor and grant contracts.
• Oversee HR, employee relations, policy development, and compliance.
• Lead risk management, governance, and internal investigations.
• Collaborate with external counsel and manage legal disputes.
