Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressively responsible legal experience.
• Experience advising executives and managing complex corporate, regulatory, or litigation matters.
• Ability to lead collaboratively and develop a growing legal team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to executives and boards.
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and fiduciary duties.
• Lead outside counsel relationships and manage legal budgets.
• Oversee real estate, development, financing, and risk management.
• Develop policies, training, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support strategic transactions, public funding, and regulatory matters.
