• Demonstrated leadership of large IT/infrastructure teams.
• Experience scaling IT in fast-growing environments.
• Strong reliability, security, and operational discipline.
• Deep expertise across networking, IAM, Windows/Linux, compute, storage, cloud, and automation.
• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an exceptional IT organization across multiple sites.
• Maintain deep technical ownership and troubleshoot critical issues.
• Scale infrastructure to support new facilities and test locations.
• Ensure reliability with monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Accelerate engineering, manufacturing, and test by removing bottlenecks.
• Automate provisioning, identity, config, patching, and recovery.
• Implement security controls and governance across the org.
• Own technology strategy, budgeting, and vendor decisions.
• Establish accountability with measurable service and reliability metrics.
