Space Systems Command in Chantilly, VA seeks a seasoned Chief of International Affairs for SSC/SW (NH-1101-04, GS-14). The ideal candidate leads international partnerships, oversees FMS cases, and drives policy and planning for space-based sensing and targeting programs.

You will coordinate with the U.S. Space Force, DoD, and allied nations to align requirements, negotiate agreements, and advance next-generation space acquisition.

Qualifications

• Senior expert in defense acquisition and security cooperation.
• Strong background in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international cooperative agreements.
• Experience with LOAs, P&A estimates, pricing analyses, and export-control considerations.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-impact Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases from initial pricing to final execution.
• Negotiate and coordinate international cooperative agreements.
• Coordinate with the U.S. Space Force, DoD, and foreign allies to resolve technology-transfer and security hurdles.
• Advise senior leadership with sound recommendations on partnership opportunities and risks.
