• Directs and maintains the internal audit function with board access.
• Develops risk-based audit plans and presents to Audit Committee.
• Leads audits of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Communicates audit results to management and the Audit Committee.
• Oversees external audits and IT audits as requested.
