Ladders is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to drive the enterprise innovation agenda in Philadelphia, PA. This executive will partner with senior leaders to evaluate ideas, allocate investments, and drive concepts from ideation through commercialization.

The role focuses on building a disciplined portfolio and aligning with strategic priorities to create meaningful enterprise value. Hybrid work in Philadelphia with US-based candidates preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This executive will shape and execute the enterprise innovation agenda, ensuring it is tightly aligned with strategic priorities and growth objectives. The role will focus on building a disciplined portfolio of innovation opportunities that can create meaningful enterprise value. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organization to evaluate ideas, allocate investment wisely, and drive concepts from ideation through commercialization.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $272,200 – $408,400 annually
