Ladders is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to lead an enterprise-wide innovation agenda in the healthcare space. The role reports to the executive leadership and partners with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into a disciplined growth pipeline and measurable value creation.

You will establish governance and an operating rhythm to manage innovation investments across the organization. The position is based in Bloomfield, CT with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in innovation, new business development, or related fields.
• Proven success in launching new products, services, or growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare trends and technology disruption.

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape the enterprise innovation agenda, translating strategic priorities into a disciplined pipeline of growth opportunities and measurable value creation. The role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and advance ideas from concept through commercialization. It will also establish the operating rhythm, governance, and performance visibility needed to manage innovation investments across the organization.

Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid)

Compensation: $272,200 – $408,400 annually
