Ladders, a leader in healthcare space, is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer in Bloomfield, CT to shape and advance the organization's enterprise innovation agenda. This executive will align initiatives with strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives, overseeing a balanced portfolio from ideation to commercialization.

The CIO will establish operating discipline, provide performance visibility and investment governance to help identify opportunities that deliver meaningful value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in innovation, new business development, or related fields.
• Proven success in launching new products, services, or growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare trends and technology disruption.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders and drive change.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This executive will shape and advance the organization's enterprise innovation agenda, ensuring it is aligned to strategic priorities and long-term growth objectives. The role will oversee a balanced portfolio of innovation initiatives, from early-stage concepts through commercialization. The Chief Innovation Officer will also create operating discipline, performance visibility, and investment governance to help the enterprise identify opportunities that deliver meaningful value.

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Compensation: $272,200 – $408,400 annually
