Job summary

DORA is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to lead the design, scaling, and automation of our large-scale microservices platform. You will own cloud strategy, IaC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE governance to ensure reliability, security, and performance at scale.

You will mentor a high-performing team across DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security, and drive cost optimization while upholding regulatory and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles with leadership experience.
• Strong background in microservices, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• Design and manage scalable, secure, high-availability infrastructure for microservice-based apps.
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Champion IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Define and implement SLAs/SLOs and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams.
• Own cloud strategy and cost optimization across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Mentor engineers and ensure governance and compliance.
