Job description

The Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) is a senior executive responsible for defining, driving, and executing the organization’s end-to-end technology and analytics strategy. Beyond traditional IT infrastructure, this role spans company-wide enterprise architecture, advanced data analytics, software integrations, and AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic people leader equipped to navigate the modernization of legacy enterprise systems into cloud-first architectures without compromising cybersecurity or regulatory compliance. You will partner closely with external vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation across all business systems.

Education

• Total Experience: 12+ years of progressive leadership in IT management, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or analytics leadership.
• Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences background strongly preferred; open to candidates with experience in highly regulated, high-growth, or transitional environments.
