Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience spanning commercial and defense/classified environments.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Industry certifications CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security governance across the organization and oversee security practices.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program and incident response capabilities.
• Provide regulatory and contractual support for compliance with DoD/IC requirements (e.g., NIST 800-171, DFARS).
• Manage information security programs and budgets; collaborate with government agencies and major defense contractors.
• Develop and communicate the organization's security vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the information security team and engage with executives on security reporting.
