Job summary

TTC, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and risk management onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

The role emphasizes DoD experience, RMF/ATO expertise, and managing large-scale IT programs for a government contract. The CISO will guide IT architecture and security operations, partner with defense partners, and ensure robust information assurance for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology; Master's preferred.
• 12–15 years in enterprise architecture with 8–10 years DoD/Intelligence focus.
• Deep knowledge of RMF and the ATO process.
• Experience with classified networks.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance.
• Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a large-scale intelligence facility.
• Ability to translate complex operational requirements into cohesive enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist in IT aspects of the MILCON project.
• Design, plan, and manage IT infrastructure for MILCON requirements.
• Support IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management, and document review.
• Coordinate activities and liaison with WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.
• Timely participation in IT-related reviews and ensure compliant submittals and installations.

Position Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Location: onsite – Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio

TTC is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and information assurance efforts in support of a prospective federal contract. We are proactively building our team of key personnel and invite accomplished cybersecurity leaders with government and DoD experience to apply. This position will be located onsite at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton Ohio.

Responsibilities:

The Chief Information Security Officer will advise and assist in all IT aspects of the MILCON project. The responsibilities will include:

• Provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.
• Provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.
• Support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.
• Coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.
• Timely participation in all IT-related reviews; accurate advisory input resulting in compliant IT submittals and installations.

Basic Qualifications:

• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, Master's preferred.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8-10 focused on DoD or Intelligence projects; focus on system architecture, software development, and IT project management.
• Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the ATO process.
• Experience with classified networks.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance.
• Proven leadership to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large scale intelligence facility.
• Responsible for translating complex operational and mission requirements into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture.
• Must have knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud integration.
