Job summary

Cass Information Systems, a leading provider of information and payment management solutions, seeks a VP, Enterprise Infrastructure & Chief Information Security Officer. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 10+ years in progressive IT roles with emphasis on security and infrastructure management.
• 5-7 years in a senior management/leadership position.
• 10+ years of IT and business experience including data center ops and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmap for core infrastructure and security.
• Oversee infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures for optimal performance and availability.
• Lead the Corporate Information Security Program, policies, training, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide leadership for network, storage, and end-user computing services (on prem and cloud).
• Coordinate rapid resolution of outages and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with PCI, FFIEC, GITC, and NIST controls.
• Collaborate with CIO on business cases for large technology investments.
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity of corporate information.
• Lead ITIL process transformation and IT service management initiatives.
• Manage Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities.
• Perform IT security risk assessments and remediation of threats.
• Address control issues and external attestation of data security and privacy.
• Stay current with security innovations and advise business leaders.
• Oversee end-user technologies and services: workstations, collaboration tools, help desk.
• Direct and develop staff, including performance feedback, development plans, and hiring decisions.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee purchasing of infra and security services.
• Handle budgeting, project management, automation opportunities, and cost savings.
• Perform other duties as required.
