Position Summary:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides strategic leadership as the senior executive responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for technology infrastructure, innovation, and digital transformation to support clinical care, operations, and business goals. The CIO will ensure the integration of technology with healthcare delivery systems to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. The CIO will oversee all technology, information systems, telecommunications, voice services, and digital health initiatives at St. Luke’s.
As a member of the senior executive team, the CIO works closely with the CEO, medical staff, organizational leaders, and the Board to implement the organization’s strategic plan and initiatives. The CIO reports directly to the CEO and collaborates to achieve organizational goals.
