Job summary

Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation in a remote-friendly setting seeks a Chief Impact and Fieldbuilding Officer to lead impact, learning, influence and narrative functions. Responsibilities

• Lead impact and fieldbuilding strategy across four functions: impact, learning, influence and leverage, and narrative and storytelling.
• Collaborate with CSO and leadership to align programs with strategy and ensure insights inform board decisions.
• Supervise and develop teams across learning, narrative, and field building.
• Represent the Foundation externally to build networks, coalitions, and movement infrastructure.
