Crucial Hire seeks a CHRO to own the full people function and lead an HR organization of 150+ people through senior executives. This role partners with the President/CEO, emphasizing business-first thinking, data-informed decisions, and a broad people strategy across a large remote-enabled workforce.
You will oversee talent acquisition at scale, total rewards, development, HRIS, and analytics, while partnering with peers and the board to shape the future of work.
A fast-growing, technology-driven organization headquartered in the Salt Lake City area, with more than 10,000 employees. Its platform helps hundreds of thousands of people change the direction of their lives, and the team is proud of that.
Technology is the product and the delivery model. The company serves customers nationwide through digital channels, runs like a product company and makes decisions with data. Leadership is working on a big question right now: how AI will reshape the work, the workforce and the customer experience. The goal is to serve far more people without growing headcount at the same rate, with people still at the center.
A headquarters campus anchors the company, with hubs in several U.S. cities and one international location. Most employees work remotely across nearly every state.
Full details are shared under NDA after a first conversation.
Chief Human Resources Officer | Salt Lake City, Utah | 100% on-site, five days a week | Relocation provided
The Chief Human Resources Officer owns the entire people function. You lead an HR organization of more than 150 through a team of vice presidents, report directly to the President and CEO, and sit on the executive leadership team.
This seat is for a true business partner with energy, passion and deep HR skills. The President wants a human capital strategist, not a functional HR head. That means thinking about the whole business first and HR second, starting every decision with the data, and setting and running the people strategy without needing to be managed.
