Swope Health is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead people strategy and operations through an exciting phase of growth and innovation. The CHRO reports directly to the CEO and supervises all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, training and development, and workforce strategy. Founded in 1969 by E. Frank Ellis, Swope Health opened as “Model Cities Health Corporation” in the basement of Metropolitan
Missionary Baptist Church with 20 associates and a $100,000 budget to serve 2,000 patients a year.
