Qualifications

  • Commercial rotorcraft certificate and FAA credentials.
  • Minimum 5 years of helicopter flying experience.
  • 5,000 total helicopter flight hours required.
  • 500 mountain flying hours required.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Parts 91/133/135/137 regulations.
  • Leadership experience in supervising pilots and scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily flight operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with FAA parts 91, 133, 135, and 137.
  • Manage pilot training programs and recurrent training.
  • Develop and coordinate pilot schedules to meet customer and operational requirements.
  • Support customer relations with professional communication and dependable service standards.
  • Provide leadership for utility, external-load, aerial application, charter, and other helicopter operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and enforce company policies and best practices.
