Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. Role Summary

The Chief Emergency & Care Coordination Officer designs the infrastructure that connects detection to action. This leader develops systems for emergency coordination, EMS integration, hospital coordination, referrals, prescription fulfillment, care transitions, and longitudinal follow-up.

What You'll Do

• Design emergency and care-coordination architecture
• Establish workflows connecting clinically significant events to appropriate response
• Develop EMS and emergency-service integration strategy
• Develop hospital coordination and capacity-information strategy
• Establish referral and care-transition workflows
• Coordinate prescription fulfillment and medication logistics with appropriate partners
• Develop post-discharge and follow-up coordination systems
• Establish protocols for communicating relevant patient information to authorized institutions
• Work with Clinical & Medical Affairs to establish clinical boundaries and escalation criteria
• Ensure that Winixx coordinates care without attempting to replace clinicians or emergency professionals
• Develop operational metrics for response, referral, transition, and follow-up performance
• Build relationships with hospitals, EMS organizations, pharmacies, and healthcare networks

What We're Looking For

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Emergency Management, Nursing, Public Health, Health Informatics, Operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to design complex coordination or response systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, emergency operations, logistics, or service coordination
• Exceptional organizational and decision-making ability
• Ability to work across clinical, technical, governmental, and operational environments
• MHA, MPH, MSN, MD, DO, MBA, or equivalent advanced education valued
• Direct healthcare emergency-network executive experience is not required
