Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of health care experience with 10+ years in managed care.
• At least 7 years of management/leadership experience.
• Nursing licensure (RN/LVN/LPN) or licensed BH professional as required by state contract/regulations.
• Experience with applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations.
• Strong customer service and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive strategy development and direction for one or more HCS functions.
• Determines strategic clinical, quality, and financial measures for success.
• Facilitates integrated, proactive healthcare services management with regulatory compliance.
• Oversees integrated service model aligning health service and medical care needs.
