Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Growth Strategy to lead Health100 commercialization efforts. This role partners with Health100 and CVS Health executives to drive strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and external partnerships. Remote or hybrid work is possible with 10-20% travel for senior-leader meetings.
The ED will guide a high-performing strategy team, influence ELT and Board discussions, and shape long-term market strategies across healthcare sectors.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of related experience in top management consulting or in-house strategy roles within health care.
- Deep expertise in pharmacy, PBM, health plans, or life sciences.
- Experience with digital ecosystems and AI-led automation preferred.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor a small strategy team and present to ELT/Board.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategy for Health100 sectors.
- Identify partnerships and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and executive communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and Technology.
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing team.
