Job summary

Amped Fitness is seeking a Chief Development Officer to drive real estate and expansion nationwide. You will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, municipal approvals, and development processes, coordinating between landlords, officials, construction teams, and executives.

This role requires deep knowledge of commercial real estate, permitting, zoning, and multi-unit rollout strategies to accelerate our national footprint. Office in Pompano Beach, FL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate development or multi-site growth leadership.
• Proven track record scaling 50+ units in fitness, retail, or similar brands.
• Extensive experience negotiating leases and LOIs.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and municipal approvals.
• Experience coordinating with construction and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a nationwide real estate and development strategy.
• Lead site selection, market analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate leases, LOIs, and related agreements while maintaining relationships.
• Travel to real estate events throughout the year.
• Oversee entitlements, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Align real estate with operations and executive leadership.
