NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Vice President of Marketing for a fast-growing consumer electronics brand in Charlotte, NC. This role will own the strategy, brand, and go-to-market execution, guiding the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in marketing with 3+ years in a senior leadership role, a proven record of scaling DTC and retail marketing, and a ROI-driven, data-driven approach to growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role guiding marketing strategy.
• Background in consumer electronics, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Proven ability to scale DTC and retail marketing efforts.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills with ROI focus.
• Experience in both early-stage growth and established brand marketing environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the marketing vision, roadmap, and team structure.
• Drive digital, brand, and product marketing initiatives across channels.
• Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, PR, and influencer strategies.
