Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction and financial leadership for the Bank.
• Balance profitability with community responsibilities and relationships.
• Lead and develop a 75-person team and supervise senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
• Represent the Bank to the Board, community, and stakeholders.
